So many people in today’s world are looking for ways to unwind. Mindfulness breathing techniques are an awesome way to get in touch with your inner being. One day while I was meditating it dawned upon me that Painting is in fact meditation. When a painter finds his zone, and nothing disturbs him while the canvas is being manipulated with various hues of pigment effortlessly, the painter has reached the mindfulness of his breath. Then stepping back and looking at the work they evaluate it quite harshly only to realize it is spot on with only a few adjustments.
